  THE JAPANESE MAGLEV TRAIN The Japanese maglev train  Series L0 (A07)   is a magnetic levitation railway system developed by JR Central and the Railway Technical Research Institute. It uses superconducting magnets to lift and propel the train, which can achieve speeds of over 600 km/h (370 mph ).
